1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your participation in the GT Backpack Christmas and New Year Reward Offering ("Offering"). The Offering is being extended by Irelia Sports India Private Limited ("ISIPL"), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional Twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or "GT"). The Offering is being extended on GT's official website located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/ and the TitansFAM App (collectively, the "Platform").
2. For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate/participates in the Offering. By participating in the Offering/accepting the rewards made available as part of the Offering, you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.

1. Only individuals who have a registered account on the Platform and have redeemed GT Reward loyalty points ("Points") on the Platform during the Points Exercise Period (as set out below), in accordance with the prescribed terms and conditions governing such Points ("Points Terms"), will be accepted as participants of the Offering ("Users").
2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
3. The Points Exercise Period shall mean the period commencing on 24th December 2024 at 12:00 AM IST and closing on 1st January 2025 at 11:59 PM IST.
4. You will not be eligible to participate in the Offering should you fail to redeem the Points during the Points Exercise Period.
5. ISIPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction orany other issues which may inhibit you from redeeming the Points during the Points Exercise Period and thereby render you ineligible for participation in the Offering.
6. ISIPL's decision on whether any individual is eligible to be a participant in the Offering shall be final and shall not be open to challenge.
7. From among the Users, the recipients of the Reward ("Recipients") will be determined through a computerised randomizer tool ("Randomiser"). The Randomiser will select 10 eligible individuals from among the Users as Recipients and each Recipient shall receive one Reward item.

1. Users who are selected as Recipients will win a GT backpack as the Reward.
2. Accordingly, the Recipients will each receive a GT backpack.
3. There will be a maximum of ten (10) Recipients of the Reward, and the Recipients selected will be contacted by ISIPL on the mobile number associated with their account registered with GT on the Platform.
4. Each Recipient of the Reward will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by ISIPL to validate their selection and claim the Reward.
5. Rewards will be distributed to the respective Recipients after the completion of the Points Exercise Period. Information pertaining to the location, venue, and time to collect the Reward will be intimated to each recipient on the mobile number associated with their account on the Platform.
6. ISIPL reserves the right to substitute any Reward with another, without providing any notice.
7. The Userselected as a Recipient and accepting the Reward may be required to submit an image of themselves, a written testimonial, and/or a video testimonial ("Testimonial"), as requested by ISIPL, at no additional cost or charge to ISIPL.
8. Any costs incurred for collecting/using the Reward (e.g., travel costs to collect the Reward) shall be to the account of and borne wholly by the User.

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the Platform or otherwise to ISIPL, you agree to grant ISIPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, photograph, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that ISIPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever all communication or feedback provided by you. The Recipients who accept the Reward must, at the request of ISIPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receipt of the Reward, free of charge, and they consent to ISIPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by ISIPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ISIPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to (i) your failure to comply with any terms and conditions prescribed by ISIPL by which you are bound; (ii)any breach of a third party's rights of any nature by you; (iii) any breach of applicable law by you; or (iv) any acts or omissions on your part in bad faith.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Offering is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. ISIPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Offering, and you waive any claims against ISIPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms, the Points Terms and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions ("Platform Terms") will automatically void your participation in the Offering. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms, Points Terms, and/or these Terms is discovered after the award of the Reward, ISIPL has the right to require the return of such Reward and/or require the refund of the value of the Reward (at ISIPL's discretion), and you agree to, the above. It is clarified that additional costs (if any) incurred by ISIPL in awarding the Reward to a different User (if ISIPL so opts to do), will also be required to be made good by you on demand.
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   2. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any User as a result of participation in the Offering or accepting the Reward or any injury or damage to the User's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Offering.
   3. The Reward is personal to the Recipients and is not transferrable.
   4. No Reward will be given if the information furnished by the User at the time of the Offering, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
   5. In the event a Recipient does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Reward within the timeline stated by ISIPL, such User shall forfeit the Reward being given, and ISIPL shall have the right to award the same Reward(s) to other User(s).
   6. You are aware that participation in the Offering does not guarantee a Reward to you.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from ISIPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.

ISIPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms, including insertion of additional terms without notice; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Reward associated with the Offering; (iii) disqualify any User who breaches the Platform Terms, Points Terms and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Offering at any stage.

The Offering shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offering and/or your participation in the Offering will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
