1. The Contest

1. These terms and conditions (Terms) are with reference to your participation in the #GTkaBestie Contest (Contest). The Contest is being organized by Irelia Sports India Private Limited (ISIPL), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team (Gujarat Titans or GT). GT is offering the Contest on GT’s official website located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/and/or TitansFAM App (collectively, the Platform).
2. For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. By taking part in the Contest, you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.

2. Participation

1. Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest (“Participant”) on their own behalf only. Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian and upon such person Joining the Contest, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from his/her parent/legal guardian.
2. In order to participate in the Contest, you will need to login to your User Account on the Platform ("Account") through your existing credentials if you are already a registered user on the Platform, and if you are a new or unregistered user on the Platform, you will be required to register and create an Account, for which purpose you may be required to provide such information as specified in the Platform Terms (as defined below) which may include without limitation your full name, date of birth, state and city of residence, pin code, gender, as well as a valid email address and mobile number.
3. Once you have logged in to your Account, you will be required to click on the GT Rewards banner available within the Fan Zone banner available on the ‘Home’ page of the Platform. Within the GT Rewards banner, you will find the unique membership number that has been assigned to your Account upon the successful creation and registration of your Account on the Platform. Your membership number will serve as your referral number (“your Referral Number”), which you can share with your family, friends or other personal connections. Such personal connections can use and enter your Referral Number when registering and creating their Account on the Platform. Once there is a “valid referral” by you, you will be officially entered into the Contest (“Joining” or “Join”). In order to qualify as a “valid referral” for the purposes of the Contest, the referee with whom you have shared your Referral Number must (i) not have an existing Account and must successfully register and create a new Account using your Referral Number; and (ii) thereafter successfully login to his/her Account.
4. For each and up to a maximum of three (3) successful registrations using a Participant’s Referral Number by their referees, the Participant will be awarded twice the referral points, i.e., 500 points which will be credited to their GT Rewards account.
5. A Participant who completes three (3) successful referrals will enter a draw which will determine the Winners of the Contest (“Winners”).
6. The referee will receive twice the points on registering using your Referral Number, i.e., 500 points. The referee will also enter the draw which will determine the Winners of the Contest (“Winners”).
7. The above-mentioned reward points will be credited to the Participant’s or referee’s GT Rewards account, as applicable, by 11th August, 2024.

3. Opening and Closing Date

1. The Contest shall open on August 4, 2024 at 00:00 IST and close on August 10, 2024 at 23:59 IST.
2. You will not be eligible to participate in the Contest once the deadline lapses i.e., once the Contest closes as set out under sub-clause a. above.
3. ISIPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from your Account not being properly registered on the Platform or deregistered for whatsoever reason.

4. Prize

1. Winners will be selected in pairs (referrer and referee), randomly using a computerized randomizer tool from all Participants entering the draw.
2. There will be a maximum of ten (10) Winners in the Contest and the Winners shall be contacted by ISIPL on the mobile number or email address associated with their Account.
3. Each Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by ISIPL to validate his/her victory and award the Prize (as defined below).
4. The prize for each Winner (“Prize” ) will be a maximum of one (1) GT blue match jersey.
5. The Prize for the Contest shall be distributed to the Winners upon the completion of the Contest. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize shall be intimated to each Winner on the mobile number or email address associated with the Account of such Winner.
6. Any Participant between the age of 13 to 18 years winning the Contest shall not be entitled to the Prize unless, he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and such parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.
7. ISIPL reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another without providing any notice.
8. The Winner may be required to submit an image of themselves, written testimonial, and/or video testimonial (“Testimonial”), as requested by ISIPL, at no additional cost or charge to ISIPL

5. Legal

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the Platform or otherwise to ISIPL, you agree to grant ISIPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, photograph, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that ISIPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The eligible Winners must, at the request of ISIPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to ISIPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by ISIPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ISIPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a third party’s rights of any nature by you.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. ISIPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against ISIPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions("Platform Terms")will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms and/orthese Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then ISIPL has the right to require the return of such Prize awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at ISIPL’s discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by ISIPL).
5. You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. Your participation in any contest offered through the website or app does not involve your staking of money or money’s worth. Given that contests offering rewards without the requirement of staking of money or money’s worth may be regulated by certain states in India, you confirm that you have assessed your eligibility in participating in any contests on our website and app prior to participating in such contest. You shall refrain from making any false disclosures, declarations, and/or representations to Us to circumvent applicable laws that apply to your participation in any contests offered on our website or app.
   2. Your Referral Number can only be shared for personal and non-commercial purposes and cannot be advertised, marketed, or shared in any manner for commercial purposes (such as, without limitation, on voucher websites, Reddit, blogs and mass emailing), and you shall ensure compliance with the same.
   3. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for the inability or failure to validate your Referral Number entered into by any person while creating or registering their Account on the Platform and with whom you have shared your Referral Number, or the inability or failure of any person with whom you have shared your Referral Number to enter such Referral Number while creating or registering their Account on the Platform, or the use of your Referral Number by any person, for whatsoever reason.
   4. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   5. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
   6. The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
   7. No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participant at the time of the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
   8. In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize within the timeline stated by ISIPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and Company shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).
   9. You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a Prize to you.
   10. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to ISIPL will be in accordance with ISIPL’s privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from ISIPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.

6. General

ISIPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for Joining; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prize associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any Participant who breaches the Platform Terms and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; (iv) determine the eligibility to refer, eligibility to be referred and determination of whether the referral is valid or not for the purposes of the Contest; or (v) cancel the Contest at any stage.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or your participation in the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
