The Contest

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your participation in the Jersey Giveaway Contest ("Contest"). The Contest is organized by Irelia Sports India Private Limited ("ISIPL"), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or "GT") that participates in the Indian Premier League ("IPL"). The Contest is offered by ISIPL on GT's official mobile application 'TitansFAM' (the "Platform").
2. For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. Joining the Contest in the manner provided under Paragraph 2 hereinbelow or acceptance of a Prize in the manner provided under Paragraph 4 hereinbelow shall constitute unconditional and unequivocal acceptance of these Terms.

Submission Guidelines

1. Any person above 18 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest ("Participant")on their own behalf only. ISIPL reserves the right to demand from any individual proof of age and residence. Where the above demand is not met or where it is found that the individual is below the age of 18, the individual in question will be disqualified from the Contest.
2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
3. Only individuals who have a 'User Account' on the Platform ("Account") shall be eligible to participate in the Contest ("Eligible Individuals").
4. To participate in the Contest, Eligible Individuals are required to sign into the TitansFAM mobile application, visit the 'Fam Wall', and submit welcome posts (photos, videos, written material) for new players that have joined the GT squad for the 2025 season of the IPL at the TATA IPL 2025 Player Auction ("Submissions") for the same to be uploaded on the Fam It is clarified that posts featuring retained players of the GT squad shall not be considered a Submission.
5. A Submission from an Eligible Individual constitutes the Eligible Individual's official entry into the Contest ("Joining").
6. ISIPL will review the Submissions and include such Submissions as are deemed fit, appropriate and suitable (it being understood that such determination shall be at the GT team's sole and absolute discretion and no challenge shall lie against the same) on the Fam In this regard, it is clarified that only clear and in-focus Submissions will be considered for inclusion on the Fam Wall; Submissions that are blurry, unclear, or out-of-focus will not be eligible for consideration.
7. Submissions must be respectful, not violate the rights of others, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Opening and Closing Date

1. The Contest's opening time and closing time:
   Opening time: November 26, 2024 at [5 PM] IST; and
   Closing time: December 1, 2024 at [11:59 PM] IST.
2. You will not be eligible to participate in the Contest once the deadline lapses, e., once the Contest closes as set out under sub-clause a above.
3. ISIPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from your Account not being properly registered on the Platform or deregistered for whatsoever reason.

Prize

1. Winners of the Contest ("Winners") shall be selected randomly using a computerized randomizer tool, from Submissions included on the FAM Wall in accordance with sub clause f of Paragraph 2 above. All winners will be Indian residents
2. There will be a maximum of 5 Winners in the Contest.
3. The Participants adjudged Winners shall be contacted by ISIPL on the mobile number or email address associated with the Account of the Winner.
4. Each Participant adjudged Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by ISIPL to validate his/her victory and award the Prize (as defined below).
5. The prize for each Participant adjudged a Winner ("Prize") will be a maximum of one (1) official GT jersey from the 2025 season of the IPL, which shall be unveiled at a later date closer to the season (around March 2025).
6. The Prize for the Contest shall be distributed to the Winners upon the completion of the Contest. Information pertaining to the address for delivery of the Prize will be collected via mobile number/ email ID associated with account of the winner.
7. ISIPL reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another without providing any notice.
8. A Participant adjudged a Winner may be required to submit a video testimonial ("Testimonial"), as requested by ISIPL, at no additional cost or charge to ISIPL.

Legal

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the Platform or otherwise to ISIPL, you agree to grant ISIPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to otherwise use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, location, the Submission, the Testimonial. You further agree and acknowledge that ISIPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The Winners must, at the request of ISIPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to ISIPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional activities undertaken by ISIPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ISIPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relatingto your participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim arising out of any breach of a third party's rights of any nature by you.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. ISIPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against ISIPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions("Platform Terms") will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms and/or these Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then ISIPL has the right to require the return of such Prize awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at ISIPL's discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by ISIPL).
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   2. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
   3. The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
   4. No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participant at the time of entering the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
   5. In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize within the timeline stated by ISIPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and ISIPL shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).
   6. You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a Prize to you.
   7. Only the Participant who submits a Submission featuring a welcome post for a new player that has joined the GT squad for the 2025 season of the IPL at the TATA IPL 2025 Player Auction (and notof any retained players of the GT squad) will be eligible to be selected as a Winner.
   8. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any personal information provided by you to ISIPL will be in accordance with ISIPL's privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to email communication/newsletters, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from ISIPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.

General

ISIPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for Joining; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prize associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches the Platform Terms and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Contest at any stage.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or your participation in the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
