These terms and conditions (Terms) are with reference to your
participation in the GT Navratri Contest
(Contest). The Contest is being organized by Irelia Sports
India Private Limited (ISIPL), the owner and operator of the
Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team (Gujarat
Titans or GT). GT is offering the Contest
on GTs official website located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/and
the TitansFAM App (collectively, the Platform).
For the purpose of these Terms, you and your shall mean any
individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. By taking part in the Contest, you
unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.
Participation
Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may participate in the Contest on
their own behalf only.Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate
in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian and
upon such person joining the Contest, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by
such person from his/her parent/legal guardian.
No participation by proxy will be allowed.
The Contest will be offered on the Platform, and only individuals registered on the Platform
may participate in the Contest. In order to participate in the Contest, you will need to
login to your User Account on the Platform
(Account). Participation in the Contest shall require each
registered user who joins the Contest (Participant), to
successfully completeat a minimum, one (1) daily designated activity for the days
constituting the Contest Period (defined below) (Designated
Activities). The Designated Activities are described in greater detail
in Annexure 1. Each day of the Contest Period will feature a
different Designated Activity, as stated in Annexure 1.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, ISIPL may, ahead of day(s) of the Contest Period, alter the
Designated Activity for such day(s) of the Contest Period, at its discretion and without the
requirement of providing any notice to the Participants.
The Participant who successfully completes at least one Designated Activity, as stated
above, shall be given the option to participate in a virtual spin the wheel
(Spin the Wheel), featuring the eligibility pool of
Participants for the six designated Prizes (as defined herein) (Prize
Pool). On spinning the wheel as part of the Spin the Wheel, the wheel
will land on the Prize Pool for one of the designated Prizes (specified in Section 3 below)
and the Participant shall be entered into such Prize Pool (which shall consist of all
Participants who, upon spinning the wheel, have landed on the Prize Pool for such Prize). It
is clarified that the Participants Spin the Wheel results shall determine the Prize
Pool into which the Participant will be entered. Participants who complete multiple
Designated Activities over multiple days of the Contest Period, will be allowed to
participate in Spin the Wheel on each day of the Contest where he/she successfully completes
the Designated Activity. In the case of Participants who participate in the Spin the Wheel
on multiple days, the Participants shall be entered into each Prize Pool in which the wheel
lands pursuant to the Participants spinning of the wheel. It is clarified that where
the Participants wheel on a subsequent day of the Contest Period, lands on a Prize
Pool into which he has already been entered on a previous day, the Participant shall merely
continue to feature in such Prize Pool and shall not be offered any additional opportunities
to spin the wheel on such day.
At the end of the Designated Activity for the ninth (9th) days of the Contest
Period, each Participant will be entered into such number of Prize Pools on which the wheel
lands pursuant to his/her participation in the Spin the Wheel.
The Contest shall open on 3rd October 2024 at [Please insert
time]IST and close on 11thOctober 2024 at [Please insert time]
IST (Contest Period).
You will not be eligible to participate or continue participating in the Contest once the
deadline lapsese., once the Contest closes as set out under sub-clause f. above.
ISIPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or
malfunction orany other issues which may result from your Account not being properly
registered on the Platform or deregistered for whatsoever reason.
ISIPLs decision on whether a Participant has completed the Designated Activity on any
particular day shall be final and shall not be open to challenge.
From among the Participants who have been entered in a Prize Pool, the winners for such
Prize will be determined through a randomised draw (Winners).
From each Prize Pool, Winners shall be equal to the number of such Prizes available (as set
out in Section 3 below), and shall be selected through the randomised draw.
Each Participant shall be awarded a maximum of one (1) Prize. Once a Participant is adjudged
to be a Winner, the Participant shall no longer be eligible to be a part of any other Prize
Pool and shall no longer be eligible to be awarded the other Prizes.
Prize
The prizes that the Participants in the Contest stand to win
(Prizes) will be as follows:
Rashid Khan signed cap;
Kane Williamson signed cap;
One (1) miniature bat, signed by a GT player;
One (1) cricket ball, signed by a GT player;
An opportunity to watch one (1) GT training session at the Narendra Modi Stadium,
Ahmedabad; and
Two (2) hospitality tickets to a GT home match at the Narendra Modi Stadium,
Ahmedabad.
Accordingly, the Spin the Wheel shall consist of Prize Pools for each of the six (6) Prizes
specified above.
Winners of each Prize from among the corresponding Prize Pool for such Prizes, will be
selected randomly using a computerized randomizer tool. The randomizer tool shall select the
Winners for the Prizes based on the descending order of the Prizes listed below. Upon a
Participant being selected a Winner for a particular Prize, he shall not be eligible to be
selected as the Winner of any succeeding Prize. Illustration: A Participant who is selected
as a Winner of a Hospitality Ticket, shall not be eligible to be selected as the Winner of
the Rashid Khan signed cap.
Two (2) hospitality tickets to a GT home match at the Narendra Modi Stadium,

The number of Winners shall be as follows:
Rashid Khan signed cap- A maximum of 3 Winners
Kane Williamson signed cap- A maximum of 3 Winners
One (1) miniature bat, signed by a GT player- A maximum of 10 Winners
One (1) cricket ball, signed by a GT player- A maximum of 10 Winners
An opportunity to watch one (1) GT training session at the Narendra Modi Stadium,
Ahmedabad- A maximum of 5 Winners
Two (2) hospitality tickets to a GT home match at the Narendra Modi Stadium,
Ahmedabad- A maximum of 6 Winners
Each Participant adjudged a Winner will be required to complete such steps as reasonably
required by ISIPL to validate his/her victory and award the Prize.
The Prizes for the Contest shall be distributed to the respective Winners after the
completion of the Contest.
Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize shall be
intimated to each Winner on the mobile number associated with their Account.
Any Participant between the age of 13 to 18 years winning the Contest shall not be entitled
to the Prize unless, he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and such parent/guardian
completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.
ISIPL reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another without providing any notice.
The Participant adjudged the Winner may be required to submit an image of themselves,
written testimonial, and/or video testimonial (Testimonial),
as requested by ISIPL, at no additional cost or charge to ISIPL.
Any costs incurred for collecting/using the Prize (Eg. Travel costs to watch the GT team
train) shall be to the account of and borne wholly by the Participant.
Legal
Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the
Platform or otherwise to ISIPL, you agree to grant ISIPL a royalty-free, world-wide,
non-exclusive, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit,
translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such
content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, photograph,
location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that ISIPL has the right to
use in any manner whatsoever all communication or feedback provided by you. The eligible
Winners must, at the request of ISIPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as
publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they
consent to ISIPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials
undertaken by ISIPL.
Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless
ISIPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims
arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest, including but not limited
to any breach of obligations, representations or warranties in these Terms, or any claim
arising out of any breach of a third partys rights of any nature by you.
Waiver: Your participation in the Contest is at your own risk and strictly
in accordance with these Terms. ISIPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage
incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest, and you waive any claims against
ISIPL in relation thereto.
Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and/or the Platform Terms and
Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions(Platform
Terms)will automatically void your participation in the Contest.
If a breach of any of the Platform Terms and/orthese Terms set forth herein is
discovered after the award of the Prize, then ISIPL has the right to require the return of
such Prize/require the refund of the value of the Prize (at ISIPLs discretion), and
you agree to, the above. It is clarified that additional costs (if any) incurred by ISIPL in
awarding the Prize to a different Participant (if ISIPL so opts to do), will also be
required to be made good by you on demand.

You agree and acknowledge that your participation in any contest offered through the website or app does not involve your staking of money or money’s worth. Given that contests offering rewards without the requirement of staking of money or money’s worth may be regulated by certain states in India, you confirm that you have assessed your eligibility in participating in any contests on our website and app prior to participating in such contest. You shall refrain from making any false disclosures, declarations, and/or representations to Us to circumvent applicable laws that apply to your participation in any contests offered on our website or app.
ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any
third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability
in that regard.
ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or
disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or
accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other
person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone
relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
The Prize is personal to the Winners and is not transferrable.
No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participant at the time
of the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize
within the timeline stated by ISIPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being
awarded, and ISIPL shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other
Participant(s).
You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a Prize to you.
All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to
ISIPL will be in accordance with ISIPLs privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy
Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and
marketing communication including but not limited to, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call
etc. from ISIPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not
Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such
promotional/marketing purposes.
General
ISIPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms,
including insertion of additional terms without notice; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prizes
associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any Participant who breaches the Platform Terms and/or
these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Contest at any stage.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian
laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or your participation in the
Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
Annexure 1
List of Designated Activities for each day of the Contest Period:
Day 1 – The Participant shall be required to watch an exclusive GT x Navratri video on the
Titans FAM app.
Day 2 – The Participant shall be required to find at least 2 dandiya sticks on the Platform.
Day 3 - Navratri-based Quiz on the Titans FAM App
Day 4 - Wordle
Day 5 – The Participant shall be required to refer at least three (3) friends successfully
Day 6 – The Participant shall be required to find Shubman Gill wearing a Navratri outfit on
the Platform.
Day 7 – GT Garba word scramble
Day 8 - Navratri-based Poll
Day 9 - Upload a video on the GT Fam Wall telling GT what comes to your mind when you think of
Navratri.
