After registering back-to-back wins, we will aim to continue our winning streak against hosts SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) in our upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 clash at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on Sunday.

Led by our talismanic captain Shubman Gill, our boys have arrived in Hyderabad after we secured a dominant eight-wicket victory over Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday.

Opting to bowl first, our bowling spearhead Mohammed Siraj produced a match-defining spell of 3/19, while left-arm spinner Sai Kishore also bowled brilliantly (2/22) to help us restrict RCB to 169/8 in their 20 overs.

Apart from Siraj and Kishore, the likes of Arshad Khan, Prasidh Krishna and Ishant Sharma chipped in with one scalp each in Bengaluru.

Later, our wicketkeeper-batter Jos Buttler smashed an unbeaten 73 off just 39 balls, along with contributions from Sai Sudharsan (49) and Sherfane Rutherford (30 not out) to guide us to a commanding win with 2.1 overs to spare.

Earlier, our Titans defeated Mumbai Indians by 36 runs at our fortress, the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on March 29.

With two wins and one loss, we have accumulated four points in the IPL 2025 points table.

Meanwhile, our stylish southpaw, Sai-Su, has been our leading run-scorer in the ongoing IPL with 186 runs in three matches at an average of 62 and a strike rate of 157.62.

Our Boss, Buttler, has also been in scintillating form with 166 runs in three games at a strike rate of 172.91 while also maintaining an average of 83.

In the bowling department, our left-arm spinner, Sai-Ki, has been our wrecker-in-chief with six wickets in three matches at an economy of 7.41.

Our star pacer Siraj has bagged five wickets while Prasidh has three scalps in IPL 2025.

Peak into the opponent’s camp

SunRisers Hyderabad will head into their home fixture after succumbing to an 80-run defeat against defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders at the Eden Gardens on Thursday.

The Pat Cummins-led SunRisers are currently on a three-match losing streak and are languishing at the bottom of the IPL 2025 standings with two points on the board.

We have a superior head-to-head record against SunRisers Hyderabad in the IPL, having won three of the five matches.

The SunRisers have registered one win while the last encounter was abandoned without a ball being bowled due to rain in May 2024.
