In the men's race walking final, India's three participants had a challenging day. Vikash Singh finished 30th, Paramjeet Singh Bisht came in 37th, and national record holder Akshdeep Singh had to withdraw after 6 km. Badminton Upset for Satwiksairaj Reddy and Chirag Shetty
In a surprising turn, Satwiksairaj Reddy and Chirag Shetty were knocked out in the men’s doubles quarter-finals by Malaysia’s Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik. The Indian duo won the first set but lost the next two, marking the Malaysian pair’s first victory against them in four attempts.
