The TATA IPL has long been a stage for emerging talents to shine. Many have risen to stardom through their IPL performances, with Sai Sudharsan being a prime example. He joined us as a promising young player ahead of our first season and is now one of our five retention for TATA IPL 2025. He has also made his international debut, a proud moment for us all.

This year, we have several uncapped players with immense potential. From Arshad Khan to Manav Suthar, our squad is brimming with young talent, and it will be thrilling to watch them shine in TATA IPL 2025.

Shahrukh Khan, one of our team’s most powerful hitters, showcased his talent last season. He played a brilliant 58 off 30 balls against Royal Challengers Bengaluru and followed it up with a crucial 37 off 24 balls against the same team. Known for his explosive finishing, Shahrukh thrives in high-pressure moments, like in the 2021-22 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy final, where he hit a six off the last ball to win the title for Tamil Nadu.

Apart from his batting, Shahrukh Khan is a handy bowler, capable of delivering key overs in the middle. In the Tamil Nadu Premier League, he proved his worth, finishing as the highest wicket-taker in 2023 with 17 wickets and the second-highest in the following season.

Rahul Tewatia has been a key player for us over the last three seasons. He made headlines even before joining us with his stunning five sixes in an over to win a match from a tough spot. In 2022, he sealed a thrilling win against Punjab Kings by hitting two sixes off the final two balls. Rahul’s ability to deliver crucial knocks lower down the order makes him a vital asset for us in TATA IPL 2025.

Mahipal Lomror is an exciting talent in great form. In IPL 2024, he impressed with 125 runs at a strike rate of 183.82 while playing for Royal Challengers Bengaluru. He first made his mark in the 2016 Under-19 World Cup with a gritty 45 and a five-wicket haul against New Zealand. Recently, he scored a remarkable 300 for Rajasthan in the Ranji Trophy. Watching him and Rahul Tewatia in the middle overs will be a treat.

Last season, while playing for Lucknow Super Giants, he played a stunning knock of 58 not out against Delhi Capitals. Recently, he took 3 wickets for just 5 runs in a Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy match for Madhya Pradesh. Arshad has also shown his power-hitting ability in the past, smashing 86 runs off 54 balls in the 2019-20 Under-23 Col. C.K. Nayudu Trophy.

Anuj Rawat, a talented left-handed batter, is a great addition to our squad. Last season, he played for Royal Challengers Bengaluru, scoring 318 runs in 24 IPL matches with a top of 66. In 65 T20s, he’s made 1,087 runs, including a best of 88. Anuj’s wicketkeeping skills also add valuable depth to the team.

In 22 first-class matches, he’s accumulated 1,471 runs, with a highest score of 266.

Kulwant Khejroliya, our final pick in the TATA IPL 2025 Auction, is a left-arm pacer in excellent form. He recently took 4 wickets for Madhya Pradesh against Bengal in the Ranji Trophy. In 24 T20s, he has 26 wickets, with best figures of 4 for 26. In first-class cricket, he has 72 wickets in 26 matches, showcasing his consistency and skill.

Manav Suthar returns to our squad for another season. After playing one game last year, he’s continued to impress in domestic cricket. In 21 first-class matches, Manav has taken 86 wickets, with best figures of 8 for 33. Recently, he claimed four wickets for Rajasthan against Himachal Pradesh in the Ranji Trophy. He also had a standout performance in the Duleep Trophy, taking seven wickets for India C and following it up with a half-century, showcasing his all-round abilities.
