In T20 cricket, Rawat has been a consistent performer with a highest score of 88*. His IPL journey began with Rajasthan Royals before he moved to Royal Challengers Bengaluru, where he recorded his highest IPL score of 66.

Rawat also made headlines with a scintillating century for Income Tax in the 2024 DY Patil T20 Cup, further highlighting his attacking flair in the shortest format.
