1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your participation in the GT Uttarayan Reward Offering ("Offering"). The Offering is being extended by Irelia Sports India Private Limited ("ISIPL"), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional Twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or "GT"). The Offering is being extended on GT's official website located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/ and the TitansFAM App (collectively, the "Platform").
2. For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate/participates in the Offering. By participating in the Offering/accepting the rewards made available as part of the Offering, you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.

1. The Offering's opening time and closing time:
   Opening time: 14^thJanuary 2025 at 8:00 AM IST;
   Closing time: 15^thJanuary 2025 at 11:59 PM IST.
2. You will not be eligible to participate in the Offering once the deadline lapses i.e., once the Offering closes as set out under sub-clause a. above.
3. ISIPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from your Account (as defined herein) not being properly registered on the Platform or deregistered for whatsoever reason.

1. Only individuals who have a 'User Account' on the Platform ("Account") shall be eligible to participate in the Offering ("Users").
2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
3. virtual tap-to-reveal feature ("Tap-to-Reveal") shall be made available on the Platform and Users that participate in the Tap-to-Reveal in the manner set out in sub-clause d. below shall receive any one (1) of the following rewards (each a "Reward"):
   
   1. Fifty (50) GT Reward loyalty points ("Points"); or
   2. One Hundred and Fifty (150) Points; or
   3. Three Hundred (300) Points.
4. Users participating in the Tap-to-Reveal shall be presented with a virtual card consisting of three (3) kites. The User may tap on any one (1) kite on the virtual card, which shall reveal one (1) guaranteed Reward as determined through a computerised randomiser tool ("Randomiser"). The Points earned by a User shall be credited to such User's Account on or before 18^thJanuary 2025, and the Points earned shall be subject to the terms and conditions governing Points ("Points Terms").
5. In addition to the Reward, a User may stand to win one (1) Prize (as defined herein). From among the Users that participate in the Tap-to-Reveal, the recipients of the Prize ("Recipients") will be determined through a Randomiser. The Randomiser will select eleven (11) eligible individuals from among the Users as Recipients and each Recipient shall receive one (1) Prize item.
6. ISIPL's decision on whether any individual is eligible to be a participant in the Offering shall be final and shall not be open to challenge.

1. Users who are selected as Recipients will stand to win the following prize items (each item being a "Prize"):
   1. Five (5) GT backpacks; and
   2. Six (6) cricket balls, signed by a GT player.
2. The Prize that a Recipient shall receive will be determined through the Randomiser.
3. There will be a maximum of eleven (11) Recipients of the Prize, and the Recipients selected will be contacted by ISIPL on the mobile number associated with their Account registered with GT on the Platform.
4. Each Recipient of the Prize will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by ISIPL to validate their selection and claim the Prize.
5. Prizes will be distributed to the respective Recipients after the completion of the Offering. Information pertaining to the location, venue, and time to collect the Prize will be intimated to each Recipient on the mobile number associated with their Account on the Platform.
6. ISIPL reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another, without providing any notice.
7. The Userselected as a Recipient and accepting the Prize may be required to submit an image of themselves, a written testimonial, and/or a video testimonial ("Testimonial"), as requested by ISIPL, at no additional cost or charge to ISIPL.
8. Any costs incurred for collecting/using the Prize (e.g., travel costs to collect the Prize) shall be to the account of and borne wholly by the Recipient.

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the Platform or otherwise to ISIPL, you agree to grant ISIPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, photograph, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that ISIPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever all communication or feedback provided by you. The Recipients who accept the Prizemust, at the request of ISIPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the receipt of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to ISIPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by ISIPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ISIPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to (i) your failure to comply with any terms and conditions prescribed by ISIPL by which you are bound; (ii) any breach of a third party's rights of any nature by you; (iii) any breach of applicable law by you; or (iv) any acts or omissions on your part in bad faith.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Offering is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. ISIPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Offering, and you waive any claims against ISIPL in relation thereto.
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms, Points Terms, and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions("Platform Terms")will automatically void your participation in the Offering. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms, Points Terms and/orthese Terms is discovered after the award of the Prize, ISIPL has the right to require the return of such Prizeand/or require the refund of the value of the Prize(at ISIPL's discretion), and you agree to, the above. It is clarified that additional costs (if any) incurred by ISIPL in awarding the Prize to a different User (if ISIPL so opts to do), will also be required to be made good by you on demand.
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
   
   1. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   2. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any User as a result of participation in the Offering or accepting the Prizeor any injury or damage to the User's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Offering.
   3. The Prizeis personal to the Recipients and is not transferrable.
   4. No Prizewill be given if the information furnished by the User at the time of the Offering, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
   5. In the event a Recipient does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prizewithin the timeline stated by ISIPL, such User shall forfeit the Prizebeing given, and ISIPL shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other User(s).
   6. You are aware that participation in the Offering does not guarantee a Prizeto you.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from ISIPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.
   

ISIPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms, including insertion of additional terms without notice; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prizeassociated with the Offering; (iii) disqualify any User who breaches the Platform Terms, Points Terms and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; or (iv) cancel the Offering at any stage.

The Offering shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Offering and/or your participation in the Offering will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
