1. The Contest

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") are with reference to your participation in the Women's Day Contest ("Contest"). The Contest is being organized by Irelia Sports India Private Limited ("ISIPL"), the owner and operator of the Gujarat Titans professional twenty20 cricket team ("Gujarat Titans" or "GT"). GT is offering the Contest on GT's official mobile application ‘TitansFAM' (the "Platform").
2. For the purpose of these Terms, "you" and "your" shall mean any individual who wishes to participate in the Contest. By Joining the Contest in the manner provided under Paragraph 2 hereinbelow, you unconditionally and unequivocally accept these Terms.  

2. Opening and Closing Date

1. The Contest's opening and closing time:
   • Opening time: March 08, 2025 at 08:00 IST;
   • Closing time: March 08, 2025 at 23:59 IST.
2. You will not be eligible to participate in the Contest once the deadline lapses i.e., once the Contest closes as set out under sub-clause (a) above.
3. ISIPL shall not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other issues which may result from your Account not being properly registered on the Platform or deregistered for whatsoever reason.  

3. Participation

1. Any person above 13 years of age and residing in India may enter the Contest ("Participant") on their own behalf only. Where any person between the age of 13-18 years seeks to participate in the Contest, such person shall require the consent of his/her parent/legal guardian and upon such person Joining (as defined herein) the Contest, such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained by such person from his/her parent/legal guardian.
2. No participation by proxy will be allowed.
3. In order to participate in the Contest, you will need to login to your ‘User Account' on the Platform ("Account") through your existing credentials if you are already a registered user on the Platform, and if you are a new or unregistered user on the Platform, you will be required to register and create an Account, for which purpose you may be required to provide such information as specified in the Platform Terms (as defined below) which may include without limitation your full name, date of birth, state and city of residence, pin code, gender, as well as a valid email address and mobile number.
4. Once you have logged in to your Account, you will be required to click on the GT Rewards banner available within the Fan Zone banner available on the ‘Home' page of the Platform. Within the GT Rewards banner, you will find the unique membership number that has been assigned to your Account upon the successful creation and registration of your Account on the Platform. Your membership number will serve as your referral number ("your Referral Number"), which you can share with your female friends. Such female friend can use and enter your Referral Number when registering and creating their Account on the Platform. Once there is a "valid referral" by you, you will be officially entered into the Contest ("Joining" or "Join"). In order to qualify as a "valid referral" for the purposes of the Contest, the referee with whom you have shared your Referral Number must: (i) be a female friend/connection; (ii) not have an existing Account and must successfully register and create a new Account using your Referral Number and complete her profile.
5. From among the Participants (i.e., the existing user that referred the female friend), the recipients of the Prize (as defined herein) ("Recipients") will be determined through a computerised randomizer tool ("Randomiser"). The Randomiser will select ten (10) eligible individuals from among the Participants as Recipients of Prizes (as defined herein).

4. Prize

1. Each Participant selected as a Recipient will stand to win the following prizes (each a "Prize"):
   1. Two (2) general stand tickets for the Gujarat Titans v. Punjab Kings match in the Indian Premier League 2025 ("IPL"), on March 25, 2025; or
   2. Two (2) hospitality tickets for the Gujarat Titans v. Punjab Kings match in the IPL, on March 25, 2025.
2. There will be a maximum of ten (10) Recipients in the Contest. The Randomiser shall select the eight Recipients for the Prize listed in clause 4(a)(i) above, and two (2) Recipients for the Prize listed in clause 4(a)(ii) above.
3. The Recipients selected will be contacted by ISIPL on the mobile number or email address associated with the Account of the Recipient.
4. Each Recipient of a Prize will be required to complete such steps as reasonably required by ISIPL to validate their selection and claim the Prize.
5. Prizes for the Contest shall be distributed to the Recipients upon the completion of the Contest. Information pertaining to location, venue and the time to collect the Prize shall be intimated to each Recipient on the mobile number or email address associated with the Account of such Recipient.
6. Any Participant between the age of 13 to 18 years winning the Contest shall not be entitled to the Prize unless, he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and such parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.
7. ISIPL reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another without providing any notice.
8. The Participant selected as a Recipient may be required to submit an image of themselves, a written testimonial and/or a video testimonial ("Testimonial"), as requested by ISIPL, at no additional cost or charge to ISIPL.
9. Any costs incurred for collecting/using the Prize (e.g., travel costs to collect the Prize, attend the match, accommodation) shall be to the account of and borne wholly by the Recipient.

5. Legal  

1. Intellectual Property/Third Party Rights: By submitting any content on the Platform or otherwise to ISIPL, you agree to grant ISIPL a royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable and assignable right to use, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, and share your content and to use such content. Such content may include, without limitation, your name, username, location, the Testimonial etc. You further agree and acknowledge that ISIPL has the right to use in any manner whatsoever, all communication or feedback provided by you. The Recipients that accept the Prize must, at the request of ISIPL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to ISIPL using their name, likeness and image in all promotional materials undertaken by ISIPL.
2. Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ISIPL from and against all liability and costs incurred in connection with any claims arising out of or relating to to (i) your failure to comply with any terms and conditions prescribed by ISIPL by which you are bound; (ii)  any breach of a third party's rights of any nature by you; (iii) any breach of applicable law by you; or (iv) any acts or omissions on your part in bad faith.
3. Waiver: Your participation in the Contest and sharing of your Referral Number with others is at your own risk and strictly in accordance with these Terms. ISIPL bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your participation in the Contest and/or sharing of your Referral Number with others, and you waive any claims against ISIPL in relation thereto.  
4. Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and/or the Platform Terms and Conditions located at https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/terms-and-conditions("Platform Terms") will automatically void your participation in the Contest. If a breach of any of the Platform Terms and/or these Terms set forth herein is discovered after the award of the Prize, then ISIPL has the right to require the return of such Prize awarded to you/require the refund of the value of the Prize awarded to you (at ISIPL's discretion), and you agree to, return such Prize/refund the value of the Prize (as required by ISIPL).
5. Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that:
   1. Your Referral Number can only be shared for personal and non-commercial purposes and cannot be advertised, marketed, or shared in any manner for commercial purposes (such as, without limitation, on voucher websites, Reddit, blogs and mass emailing), and you shall ensure compliance with the same.
   2. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for the inability or failure to validate your Referral Number entered into by any person while creating or registering their Account on the Platform and with whom you have shared your Referral Number, or the inability or failure of any person with whom you have shared your Referral Number to enter such Referral Number while creating or registering their Account on the Platform, or the use of your Referral Number by any person, for whatsoever reason.
   3. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of any third party and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard.
   4. ISIPL shall neither be liable nor responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the Prize or any injury or damage to the Participant's or any other person's personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest.
   5. The Prize is personal to the Recipients and is not transferrable and cannot be sold under any circumstances.
   6. No Prize will be awarded if the information furnished by the Participant at the time of entering the Contest, or at any subsequent stage is factually incorrect.
   7. In the event a winning Participant does not acknowledge/accept/collect his/her Prize within the timeline stated by ISIPL, such Participant shall forfeit the Prize being awarded, and Company shall have the right to award the same Prize(s) to other Participant(s).
   8. You are aware that participation in the Contest does not guarantee a Prize to you.
   9. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by you to ISIPL will be in accordance with ISIPL's privacy policy available at: https://www.gujarattitansipl.com/privacy-policy.
6. Promotional Communication: You hereby agree to receive promotional and marketing communication including but not limited to email communication/newsletters, WhatsApp messages, mobile SMS, call etc. from ISIPL from time to time. You further expressly waive Do Not Call (DNC)/ Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations on your phone/mobile numbers for contacting you for such promotional/marketing purposes.

6. General
   
   ISIPL reserves, at its discretion, the right to: (i) vary these Terms without notice, including but not limited to the opening and closing times for Joining; (ii) withdraw, vary or substitute the Prize associated with the Contest; (iii) disqualify any entrant who breaches the Platform Terms and/or these Terms or has acted fraudulently; (iv) determine the eligibility to refer, eligibility to be referred and determination of whether the referral is valid or not for the purposes of the Contest; or (v) cancel the Contest at any stage.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   
   The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest and/or your participation in the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
